Can I run a US site as Europeean

Hello,

I'm from France, i would like to buy a website that already make money (an affiliate) and grow it. I will keep it for 1-2-3 years before selling it

But in France there isn't so much site to buy. If I buy a US based site, can I run it ? With which tools/method ?

you don't need to provide any documents to buy/renew ".us" domain,
there's nothing holding you back, as long as you keep targeting the same lang/niche/keywords

Sure you can, I am running 10+ website in different languages that i have no idea.
You should search "affiliate sites" and you will find some good threads here with all latest tips and tools.
However i would say that French market is still less competitive then US
