I have a U.S.-registered LLC, but I am not a U.S. citizen. I want to open a Google Ads account under this LLC and verify it. My question is:

Can I verify a Google Ads account for my U.S. LLC even though I am not a U.S. citizen?
Does the authorized representative have to be a U.S. citizen, or can I use my own ID (from my country) to verify?
Any insights or experiences with this would be really appreciated!
