Can't understand why only small % of accounts unghost after creation?

If I make a batch of say 20 accounts, only 2-3 of them will unghost and start getting notes/followback and show up in the search.

I can't figure out why this is? when I am doing the exact same thing for all of them. Why do just a couple of them unghost and the majority just stay as dead weights? I didn't do anything different I can tell from the ones that ghost vs the couple that unghost.

1. Account creation method might vary. 2. IP addresses could be an issue. Review your profile information consistency. Engagement rate may affect ghosting. Experiment with different strategies. Stay patient, it takes time.
