Chaturbate affiliate and adult ad service experiences?

So, I found a method of supposedly making $100+ a day using the $1 per registration affiliate program offered by Chaturbate and running ads for it using ad services like JuicyAds. Unfortunately, the method I was given was not very specific on anything that's important. I've decided to give it a try and after about $20 into a banner ad campaign, paying $0.015 cost per click, and targeting tier 1 countries like the US, UK, and Canada on JuicyAds using my Chaturbate affiliate link, I've managed to gain around 1k unique clicks to my link. However, I haven't gotten any actual sign ups. Currently, I'm just linking to the Chaturbate homepage, as after some research here, people said that seemed to be the best, but would linking directly to the sign up page be better? Or is there another page to link to that would work best?

Basically, I'm just asking if someone else here has any experience with this particular kind of method and if I've done anything wrong and what tips they may have.
