google translate is high quality. But it's google, so they'll know you've used translated content to rank, so they might not rank you
Actually, yandex translate is good, too, but yandex is russian, so you might be deterred from using it in the light of the recent events
For spinning SpinRewriter is the best spinner on the market today, and at $77 / year is better than any spinner you might find and if you take the time to use it properly the spun content is really good. But like I said, you need to play a lot with the software to get it to do what you want.
Other than these there are also AI writers (and there's lots of them), but those are not really spinners / translators, they're more like writing assistants. I won't name all of the writers on the market today, but some of the most known ones are: Rytr, Jarvis (or Jesper I think it's called nowadays), SensitAi, CloserCopy, Nichesss, Writesonic, etc...
