Summary of Dispute: I posted a thread about buying organic traffic, @antiviruz dmd me on MMO. He give sample and i agreed and paid in paypal, after that the seller ghosted me and keep promising false hope.

PayPal contacted customer service and said that I was cheated. I can recover the defrauded funds by submitting evidence.
