Dispute - Scammed by @henry-byrde

Just now @Henry-byrde has turned his profile on private - before now on his account you could notice how many were complaning about his cheap scams. However still a scam. Unfortunatelly I have not checked his profle before dealing with him.

Bought 4 aged reddit accounts for 12$ (is not about the money is about the gesture) have provided 3 only (instead of 4) banned accounts and said he would deliver them later on as now he was driving, i guess away

Can we get this guy banned pls
