Smmcost uses some unprofessional practices in relation to their customers.
I have orders blocked for weeks and orders that are "completed" but in reality these are not or only partially.
For any ticket opened on their platform or on the whatsapp group, I always get the same answer: "being checked and finalized".

When I showed them what other customers/resellers say about you on WhatsApp, he immediately deleted those messages so that they would no longer be seen by others. I consider it a pretty big sign that a "rug pull" is coming.

I spoke with the owner of smmcost and received a refund for the orders with problems.
I also received the promise of better support from his team.
We'll see in the future how things will go, but at the moment we're ok.

The refund has been completed as customer request.
The all issues are resolved and we will continue to working together as him requested.

This is not the first time I have seen a dispute against you @Lizzie Windler

You need to do a better job servicing our members or we are going to have to close your sales thread.
