Do you use tracking service for your black ads on facebook?

Like i found out that the data on from facebook pixel is not that acurate how it should be.
facebooks says 18 leads but in reality i have only 8 leads.

and it keeps charge me for those leads!! Wow so pissing off.

however people suggest me to use tracking service. like Voluum or Bemob.

but im trying to understand how to work with that? is that acuurate? is that going to avoid facebook to spend money on leads that not generated?

Tracking services won't help you directly limit your spending budget on Facebook, but they will help you figure out at what stage in your advertising chain leads are lost and why they are not converted into profit The fact that Facebook statistics are different is normal, tracking is needed to understand why these statistics are different.
So I think it's important to use such services, like Peerclick, Volume, Keitero or others.
