Does anyone know CPM ad-network that will accept traffic from content-locking website?

As in the title.
As an example - I'm trying to re-create Linkvertise for my own personal use to keep more profits. I'm currently looking for an ad network that accepts the kind of traffic, where user is sort of "forced" to watch an ad in exchange for a reward. So yeah, content-locking traffic.

I can imagine it would be against ToS of many ad networks, thus - what better place to ask about it than MMO.
