Does anyone know some kind of software or AI where I can transform a short clip in a series of phots frame by frame?

Good day to this splendid and smart community.

I need some kind of software or AI that can extract from a short clip, frame by frame, the ongoing action and transform them in a series of images that I will use to other Video Generation AI websites, as to have a very realistic and fidelity clip generation.

Somebody can help me here?

ffmpeg can extract all the frames of a movie, I think you can even do it in premiere, is that what you mean? you take the individual images from something, then run them through ai image generator?
