Does Direct CPV space out their traffic over a 24 hour period?

Hi guys,

As the title says, does Direct CPV space out their traffic over a 24 hour period?

I know with adfoc . us and adf .ly they send your site traffic over a 24 hour period. With DirectCPV there is a daily budget, but will it just send out the whole allocation of traffic at once or will they space it out like adf .ly?

I don't work with DCPV but I believe the only thing you can do is set the pop ratio to 1 per 24/h per visitor, I'm pretty sure you wont be able to spaceout the traffic evenly over 24h.
