Dreamstime Potential Copyright Infringement Notification!? Help! :(

Hello everyone,

I received a notification from Dreamstime regarding the use of an image without copyright on my site.

The article on my blog, which contains the photo, is dated 2015 so unfortunately I can't find any evidence of a possible license.

Do you think I should be concerned about possible legal action and therefore is it necessary to reply to the email or can I trash everything?

I'm very worried! :(

I proceeded to remove the photo but Dreamstime still made itself heard.

I live in Italy.
