Me and my partner wants to invest to websites for passive income. And as a team we allocated 100k dollars. We want to buy sites that are profitable and require little effort from Motion Invest. Do you think this site is reliable? Or is it completely bad like flippa?

By the way, with the increase of artificial intelligence and chatgpt, what do you think about website investments regarding Google ranking and the future? Do you think it should be taken?
