Expired domains with traffic, is it worth buying?

I know that previously it was a very good source of traffic, buying expired domains that have organic traffic, and then redirecting to an active domain.
Is this still a good practice for increasing traffic to a redirected site?
If yes, maybe some recommendations for the market of such domains.
