Fastest shared host?

I have 9 VPSs, but need a fast shared host to put dump some client sites on.

Ideally something that has been around for 5-10 years minimum.

NameCheap is too dang slow. They spread their server resources super thin. I'm considering SiteGround (or maybe Hostinger, knownhost?).

Please don't recommend something fly-by-night from the marketplace. I rather pay extra for something with good uptime.

Try Shinjiru , I used them for quite some time after experimenting Namecheap, Godaddy, and a bunch of others.
