FB Ads engagement dropping suddenly - anyone else?

My recent campaigns in lifestyle and fitness niches were performing fine for weeks. CTR, reactions, and comments were solid. Last few days, engagement just dropped - likes and shares are down, comments barely coming in.

I haven’t changed targeting or creatives. Even tried posting new videos, but results are similar.

Is this some FB algo tweak, audience fatigue, or something else?
How are you keeping engagement high without constantly burning through fresh creatives?
