This guide will teach you how to make money online. It’s a long game, but can pay off quickly if you play your cards right and have some form of natural talent or presence on camera. First, you need to start posting on social media.
ContentPick a niche. A niche you actually care about, are passionate about, and have knowledge about that you can share. You need to provide real value.
Don’t pick looksmaxxing. You won’t make any money. It’s way too oversaturated at this point.
Pharmacology is a strong niche that works well, but it’s not the only option. You can succeed with other areas in health optimization, nootropics, training, nutrition, or related biohacking topics as long as you bring real knowledge and fresh angles. Find your niche. Start small. You can talk about heightmaxxing stacks, niche hair loss serums, SSRIs, pharmacology for dimorphism, or whatever fits your expertise. This means you need to do research and present your findings. Don’t just parrot generic information.
A few tips to help you get started if you’re willing to show your face:
❖ Film in good lighting. Get a ring light.
❖ Use background music, and turn it down so you can hear it but it doesn’t overpower your voiceover
❖ Auto generate captions
❖ Clip out the start and end of every clip so that each frame is you actually talking, not using filler words or breathing
❖ Script your entire video first; spend more time on the script than actually recording❖ Show overlays of studies, compounds, or other illustrative props on screen below or above your face
❖ Pick a good thumbnail for the video with a title about the video topic
❖ Make niche content, not top of funnel slop.
If you’re not willing to show your face, that’s ok. Start with slideshows. Pick a topic such as “is raw meat cope?” and present evidence to justify your position. Drive controversy, but show that you’re actually knowledgeable on the topic.
Another option is to make AI doctor style videos, but try to do something unique. Look on Github for software that will provide a visual storytelling element to your video. You can do something really creative with this.
To edit a video of this kind, or any kind of highly edited content with voiceovers you can use Capcut. It’s free and very easy to use.
Overall, just get creative and start posting. When you post the video to TikTok, allow it to save a copy to your device (you can set this in your settings.) When you have the edited, captioned video on your device, post it on Instagram. Boom, you just posted to 2 platforms while only having to edit one video. You can also post it on X, Threads, and Facebook. If the video is shorter than one minute, post it on Youtube Shorts as well. You can of course post long-form, horizontal style videos to Youtube but growing on there is slower than TikTok.
X is underrated. Here’s a simple blueprint for posting on X that works:
● Rage bait people, but make sure it’s actually true. Your posts should be provocative yet immune to fact checking.
● Post 3-4 times a day.
● Drop some peak one-liners where possible.
● Catch someone’s attention in the first sentence (the hook.)
● Write articles and quote tweet your own articles with more provocative material
● Reply to people and get into debates, but be right.
● Drop some real value in here about your niche. 10-15 sentences of useful info does well.
● Include 2 pictures with every post that is relevant to your content.
● Post your affiliate links for whatever product you’re talking about at the bottom and work it in naturally. Don’t come off as a grifter.
Marketing FunnelsOnce you get 1,000 followers, you can post links in your bio. This is when you can start turning your audience into money through affiliate marketing, coaching, or your own products.
❖ Find companies that are willing to sponsor you, particularly if you have a niche audience. There are peptide, supplement, and nootropic companies you can apply to directly.
❖ Create a 1:1 coaching program. Use Stripe, create a checkout link, and have prospects input their Discord username or email. You can offer one-time consultations or monthly coaching. Don’t undervalue yourself.
➢ For consultations I recommend a 30 minute to 1 hour call followed by a clear protocol document. Protect your time.
➢ For ongoing coaching charge higher ticket prices as demand grows. Raise prices when you get too busy.
❖ As you grow you will get more brand opportunities. Learn to negotiate.
You can also organize your knowledge into a paid community or course on Skool or Whop. Build it properly over time and only launch when people are actually asking for it. Go live on TikTok often. Answer DMs when you can but direct people toward your funnels.
The flow is simple:
You post content -> people want the results in your content -> people buy from you (coaching, course, etc.) or through your affiliate links -> you make money.
Keep upgrading your content quality over time, go live, post on all platforms, learn the algorithm, grow your community, and grind consistently. Results come with real effort and compound fast once they start.
