Has anyone had their start to install rate massively decreased?

So I have been using a PPI network for more than a year now and my income from it is now about the same as when I started with it or less. This isn't because the PPI rate decreased but because of another reason. I used CopyTables to export the data to a google sheets document to analyze it and I noticed there were 2 periods were the rate massively decreased. I've attached a graph that you can take a look at and analyze yourself.
The most notable moments are in the 7th month of 2023 and the 3rd month of 2024.
A "start" would be when a person click on the button, an "install" is when someone installs the program.

I've already contacted the Ad Network and they said they were looking into it.
