HELP!!! Direct CPV not sending traffic to my campaign

I signed up with direct cpv and funded my account with $100 and my account was activated. So I decided to set up my first campaign which I did and the campaign became active but it's over 48 hours now and am not receiving any impression nor traffic to my campaign and I have sent them an email and it's over 24 hours not yet no reply to my email.

Please what else can I do to fix this?
