Just finished a project using Elevenlabs and it turned out great. I thought they had the most realistic sounding voices, but it can get kind of pricey depending on the length of your videos.

I'm not sure if there is a free version, but if there is its probably limited and can't be used for commercial purposes.

Elevenlabs seems good to me. I think the monthly fee is around $15-20.
