Is adding Promotional Message and an edit TITLE are gonna major changes ? Like my Price will be same in sale thread description

I will add 50% OFF Price in the Sale thread Title rather than actual price.

are these procedure gonna be decreasing or increasing the price ranges? or is it major changes?
