Good day everyone, I trust you all are doing great.

Please I have a question, how can I create this type of images that show weight loss, what muscle is targeted and more.

I have searched YouTube but couldn't find any answer, perhaps I'm using the wrong keywords.

What tool is needed? Where can I find a tutorial on this. What's is it called?

try adobe illustrator, also you can search for stock vectors it will definetly help you.
