with consistent and quality SEO, of course. Namely...
1) publish quality content
2) build internal and quality external links properly
But that's assuming that your site is good and you're targeting the right keywords / topics.
And we also assume that you're talking about search engine traffic specifically, because there is also social media traffic that can be organic (if it's not purchased)... so which type of organic are you referring to??
