Does anyone know why the site - oficialvenda.com.br - is dominating Brazil's SERPs using multiple subdomains, despite having few backlinks and weak SEO?

I tried replicating this strategy on a domain with higher authority, but I couldn’t achieve similar results for competitive keywords.

If anyone has insights or tips, I’d greatly appreciate it!
