How far can the integration of Gaming and AI go?

I really wish more projects will be integrating Gaming and AI especially in the effort to make NPCs more realistic. I've seen a couple like CARV, which uses data ownership and monitization to further integration but none have really reached the point most gamers dream of. Still, there is room for growth. Have you guys seen an Impressive project that skillfully integrates AI and Gaming?

Check out NVIDIA’s ACE platform, which powers lifelike AI-driven NPCs. Ubisoft is using it in their NEO NPC prototype to create realistic NPC behaviors and advanced interactions. Also, Inworld AI is doing cool things with AI-generated NPC reasoning and dialogue systems that adapt to player choices - definitely worth a look!
