How much salary should i pay for employed writers in india?

I want to employ full time workers for writing in india so i was wondering how much salary should i pay monthly, I am slightly confused since some of the writers were paid around 100$ even when they write more than 30 articles each with 500 words and sometime they also do additional tasks like editing/proofreading in a local magazine.So if you have hired full time writers can anyone tell me how much salary you paid for full time writers per month in India

Largely depends on the quality, the number of articles, and word count.

You can find it cheaper in MMO

The ones I know starts with around 10k rs. 10k rs is the magic number for freshers.
That's like 125$
Experienced ones work on per 100 words basis.
