How to Explain 100k + profit from Grey/Blackhat sites?

Hi bhw fam,

So I wanted to ask as I have always had trouble with this side of things.

If I where to make a large amount of money lets say 500k in a year from a grey/black hat site like movie/NSFW etc.
Accept payments only in crypto.

How can I explain this to the tax department? What is the process?

Whoever could help me with this I would appreciate it a lot or even refer me to a thread where they have gone in detail on this subject :)

If it's legal income it's legal income. It doesn't matter how weird it is or unconventional. Who is the IRS to tell you how to make your money if you are not breaking any laws. Just keep records to defend yourself in the case of an audit.
