How to get backlinks to images from being search engine?

When I was checking my competitor's backlink configuration, I noticed something interesting.
My competitor's page backlinks had a lot of backlinks from BEING search engine images. (As shown in figure 1 and 2)
May I know how to get the backlinks from being search engine images? (As shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2)

It would be best if you did Image SEO because you can add descriptions while you submit images in the forums and other social profiles

Or add image banners in the High authority blogs

There is limited optimisation you can do for this, but for Bing I'd go for relevant img alt tags, image filenames, and relevant text before and after the img tag in the page's html code. Also, just because SEMRush lists a url as a backlink, it doesn't mean that Google looks upon it in the same way. There are better links you could be chasing.
