Hi guys,
I would like to develop an Ad poster as I have been employed as Developer in my company,
but I don't have a lot of experience in programming.

it's a recruitment company so they used to posting Ads every day manually, so they told me to write an Ad poster for the company in VB.Net.

Please can you help with advice, how to start.
