I can not register in QQ and Wechat

If you want to use QQ or WeChat for advertising it's made really difficult for foreigners that are not from China do advertise and I personally experienced a lot of issues with WeChat. You have to have chinese number attached to the account and you need to access the account from a Chinese IP and make sure it's really chinese, if it's Taiwan for example it won't work you will get banned.

You can write to technical support on WeChat. Say that there is no way to scan the QR code. And you are from another country. And they will give you access
