I'm from a 3rd world country, and i was gonna send BTC to another BTC wallet on Paxful, it's just a little bit of amount of BTC, and they charge 30 dollars for it, i mean in my country i can buy a lot of thing with 30 dollars, i can pay my bills as well, so please recommend me a platform that'll take a little bit of fee

So both wallets are on paxful? Sounds like an outrages fee

Since your balance is on the Paxful wallet, you don't have control on the transfer fees. The same fees will apply if you try to send to any wallet.
Next time try to get your crypto on a lightning wallet to avoid such fees.

Else you can sell your balance using Paxful P2P, just be aware of scammers there.
