I want to buy bunch of a site from Motioninvest but I'm afraid because of Chatgbt 4 and seo future

I want to buy sites from Motioninvest that have Google rank and receive traffic from Google, these are sold for 3 years of income, it is not a problem. But with ChatGBT 4, articles are easily produced, some of these are sites connected to bots (not mentioning motioninvest sites, i was talking about general sites on the race), they produce 10s of 10k words of highly readable articles daily and automate them.

That's why I'm afraid that the site I'm going to buy will drop from the rank within 1 or 2 years without even making money, because competitors are constantly publishing SEO-focused, automatically readable articles.

What are your thoughts on this subject?
