Everything regarding breaking copyrights and stuff, it requires a ton of trial and error, and probably months of ideations / buy tips from someone.

You're basically trying to ride on someone's name and that's challenging a little bit.

You need a tweak. You need to make a squeeze page and then connect with them via e-mail.

It needs to look like real site with footer, nav and sub-pages (like 30 ones) + blog / articles.

What else could you do to pass checks for ads to be approved?

I don't know. Make a business / company site and put something that looks like just contact form, but in fact is a lead grabber?

You can't money so effortlessly. You need a system and deeper thought to make that stuff move to some substantial numbers.
