Is Meta Ads better then Adwords?

Hello,

Adwords is on a 100 per day and makes 1-3k affiliate sells.
If i would spend 100 per day on Meta with some research and algo learning could i do better or worse?
Is there a difference between Insta and FB? If so whats should i learn.
I am 100% New to Meta

Also, if you're making that kind of return, should be pretty obvious to you that you should try some A:B tests on Meta.

You have the budget to do so.
