Is Trafficshield is a good cloaker for running Google ads and few display ad networks?

I have used few cloaker to run DSP ads but none are good, means does not deliver the result, account get banned very quickly in a day or so. Some one suggested me trafficshield , i wasted so much money on cloaker and ads, can any tell me is it worth trying?
