Hello. I have a porn tube website. How can I make this website legal? Do I need to establish a company? I want my website to be legal. I want to have a card payment system on my website. Does anyone have knowledge on this subject?

1. Check the policies of the payment processor that you want to use (if they allow porn or not)

2. If they do, just setup your website + get your payment pages/links integrated and start selling (no need to form a company)

I suggest going to conferences for payments, that where I always go to meet payment people.
