Local SEO Industries to Target?

So I was searching around and couldnt find a good list of local SEO industries to target... Im sure we all know the basic and most common but I thought it would be a great discussion because we all need to know who we are going after.
So I found this list that has all Google Local Business Center Categories.. 2500+ categories

I wouldn't be waiting for anyone to answer you with this. Someone used "dentists" as an example of a "local SEO" method here a year or so ago, and since then every dentist in the world has had to change their phone number and email address.

But seeing as I'm feeling generous today I'll PM you two I've had some good success with recently.

Dentist would almost be the most obvious one. I guess I shouldn't say "Attorney" then either or "plumber"
