Mixed distribution of my viewers

Hi,

I'm a content creator on YouTube who makes pro content on a video game, and I have this issue where I live in France but I make English content, wich leads to split my viewers, 50%+ of them comes from the us and some random ones but still really random high % is French.

So my question is, can I transfer my YT account to the US and if so how ?
Or do I have to create somehow the account in a way where it's an "US account"
