MMO Escrow?

Why isn’t there a forum dedicated escrow? I feel like that’s something that a forum like this would have due to the amount of buyers and sellers.

I recently think I got scammed and am about to open a dispute but there is absolutely nothing from stopping someone to make an account and buy jr. VIP to just scam someone and make their money back

You can use any escrow service on the planet. What difference does it make if it's integrated or part of MMO?
