Multiple accounts on social/sweepstakes casinos (US) using proxies?

I know others have looked into this but I've been told it's not viable as their security measures are quite sophisticated. They somehow always seem to know you're running multiple accounts on their sites. I don't think it's just the IP they look at but the browser fingerprinting. I'm not even sure a no-detect browser would work.

The sites have a little pop-up requesting you to allow permissions for geolocation. I'm really not sure what all they collect. This is a very complex topic and admittedly not something I understand.

Currently most people I know who are running multiple accounts will deposit hardware (mini pc/laptop) at someones home & use RDP software to remote into the computer and get on the accounts that way. This is the safest method but difficult as it requires you to assure them you aren't a malicious actor and won't perpetrate crimes over their home network.

Anyone ever had success running multiple accounts over proxies?
