I believe a competitor is tryings to hurt my GMB rankings because in the last week, I got three different 1-star reviews. The accounts only have 1 review each with no profile picture and I do not recognize the name. I don't even average 1 review a week, let alone three different 1 star reviews.
There has got to be something I can do. I've seen the removal services but they are charging $1500 or $2500 PER review. As far as im concerned these reviews are not going to stop and will probably continue throughout the month. I just can't afford to be spending that much money on removing them.
What do I do? Is there any cheap options?
