Need help with capturing data with GSM module (either on my phone or laptop)

Hello. I have a GSM module that I'm wanting capture/sniff 4G data within a reasonable amount of distance. I would like someone to either teach me how to manually do it or build a script or Android app to do it. If anyone has experience in this, please PM me. Budget is tight but happy to discuss nonetheless. Hopefully there's some people out there that can help more than anything. Thank you in advance.
