Tiktok became only famous because you didnt have to pay for ads to become viral. you could have 0 followers and have a 1m view video which instagram didnt have. so people who werent happy with instagram switched to TT. with these kind of policys tiktok will slap its face. As I mentioned In any Thread I opened regarding "Targeting US," I followed your advice, and it worked for my friend.
But she told me that she cannot follow anyone; if she clicks on the follow button, literally nothing happens.
Are you aware of such issues? I told her to update the App; it's the same approach you wrote in my thread, "for free." She bought the SIM you mentioned, didn't JB, etc,
Additionally, I told her to turn off Bluetooth and, in WIFI Settings, the toggle for "Searching for other Networks" and Locations to the minimum.
I bought her a US Tiktok from a MMO seller, which was just created with a US IP; she saw the US content, and the first post got a few viewers, but that's it.

I am not asking you for any secrets or business insiders; I want to know if you know about this "follow" issue.
She is a Model, was in the Playboy Magazine, and would get tons of likes - but in that case, it was not the case. And no, I'm not managing her
She is just a highschool friend, I'm helping her a bit to get on track - for free.

She bought my stuff? Because I never shared in public the working solution. If yes, she should use my support feature or write PM. This topic is about something else
Her follow problem is strictly connected with bad USA IP or the way how she use that IP.
Following is always internet connection issue.

No, no, in one of my Threads, I asked, you answered - and gave "Free Guidance", which SIM to buy and which phone.
She is just using the SIM and using German WIFI.
However, she said that she saw the US content but did not react much to the first photo she posted after 1 week of scrolling and warming up a random account I bought for her from a MMO provider.
And then she mentioned the following problem.

Im not your client (so far). Internet Connection is stable, just her WIFI here in Germany.
