Paying People To Make Video Reviews/Testimonials?

I currently have a brand that I need more Video Testimonials for social proof, what methods are available for me to get people to just read a script and take a selfie video giving a testimonial for the brand/product?
A good second question is how much do people typically charge to do this, thanks.
