Email campaigns are always been best for clickbank products. Sellers do it and affiliate do it. Even those who run ads collect emails via a bridge page and do email campaigns.
Do check affiliate page for the product you gonna promote they are getting stricker lately. Some of them only allow to promote on opin email list. Some don't even allow email marketing.
