Publish guide in Amazon KDP (Question)

I have a 30/35 page guide with images that I think can be sold on Amazon KDP as an ebook or print-on-demand. I have it all in Docx and PDF. I think at 5 dollars users would buy it because it is very niche and there is almost no such information for sale (gardening). But I have some questions:

1- Can I publish under a fictitious name?
2- It is all written by me, should I protect it with copyright somewhere in case they steal my content or not? I ask because I never published.
3- If the content is in PDF or Docx can I upload it to be compatible with the Kindle?
