Hello guys, how are you?

I have a few questions about purchasing a monetized YouTube channel:

1. What are the potential risks involved?
2. How does the YouTube algorithm work compared to platforms like TikTok? For instance, if I want to target viewers in the USA but I'm based in Europe, would it be necessary to buy a channel that's already based in the US?
3. Regarding payments, do I need to change the country of residence associated with the channel? If so, could that impact the algorithm?

1. It's not risky as it is okay to sell monetized accounts.
2. You should buy a channel that is based in the US if you are targeting US market.
3. Payment changes do not impact the algo at all.
