Question for the people using Tumblr and Tumblingazz owners too

I was looking forward to building a web 2.0 from expired tumblr blogs, but I ran into a hiccup. I know I can't use my ip address to sign up to multiple tumblr blogs. So my question here is, can I use public proxies to create these accounts safely? Let me remember you that I only plan on making these blogs for pbns, I dont plan on signing back into these accounts once I place my link on the blog. Some insight or advice would greatly be appreciated.
