Real Google Business reviews now showing. Thoughts?

My Google business profile is 100% legit with all real reviews. Multiple customers have left reviews that aren’t showing. They tried to repeat same issue. No new reviews been posted in over a week.

I emailed Google twice. No resolution still. Has anyone encountered this and got it resolved?
